SHUBHAM SANAP'S NIVAS
Sanap Nivas stands as a graceful expression of tradition rooted in the soil of Nimgaon, Nashik—where architecture speaks softly, yet with enduring authority.
This 11-BHK bungalow unfolds as a harmonious composition of space, proportion, and heritage. Lush green front and backyards embrace the home, creating a serene transition from nature to nurture.
At its heart lies a grand central courtyard, with rooms encircling it on all sides—an age-old planning philosophy that celebrates community, ventilation, and light.
The entrance welcomes you through majestic Sagwaan (teak) doors, finished in a refined melamine matte polish, setting a tone of understated luxury. As you step inside, the scale reveals itself—vast yet thoughtfully planned, expansive yet intimate.
The courtyard, enclosed in glass, becomes the soul of the home, allowing soft, diffused daylight to flow effortlessly into every corner, binding the spaces together.
Throughout the bungalow, rich reddish Sagwaan wood takes center stage, transforming structural elements into living artwork. Every grain, joint, and carving reflects craftsmanship passed through generations, shaping the house not merely as a residence, but as a timeless wooden legacy.
Sanap Nivas is not just built—it is crafted, where tradition lives, breathes, and evolves into a home of lasting character.

A 19-ft wide and 10-ft high rotating TV unit, envisioned as a 6×6 ft wooden partition, where thoughtful engineering blends seamlessly with poetic design. Anchored on a single, precision-engineered hinge, this imposing 300-kg panel moves with surprising grace, rotating effortlessly to connect the living area with the central courtyard, ensuring every gathering remains shared and inclusive.
Meticulously crafted in high-grade ply, the unit is finished in natural veneer and protected with melamine polish, lending it warmth, depth, and longevity. Open shelving sections in MDF, finished in refined DUCO paint, introduce a subtle modern contrast—light, calm, and understated. The golden knobs echo traditional sensibilities, adding a touch of heritage charm to the composition.
Eschewing conventional telescopic channels, the design incorporates premium tandem hardware on both sides, allowing a motion that is soft, silent, and reassuringly solid. The result is a structure that feels powerful yet gentle—where scale never overwhelms comfort.
More than a TV unit, it becomes a dynamic architectural element, a moving wall that adapts to moments, spaces, and stories—rotating not just in form, but in purpose.

Within the spacious living area unfolds Mandirghar—a sacred room conceived not merely as a place of prayer, but as a quiet dialogue between devotion, craft, and light. Generous in scale and serene in presence, the mandir stands as a spiritual anchor within the home.
True to the client’s love for authenticity, the mandir is crafted using pure, natural materials—acrylic, veneer, and imported Italian marble—each chosen for its honesty and permanence. The structure speaks of refinement, while the materials ground it in tradition, allowing reverence to feel both timeless and contemporary.
The back panel, the most distinctive element of Mandirghar, was handcrafted on site. On an extra-clear glass panel, the sacred Bappa murti and the Vakratunda mantra were first carefully printed.
The glass was then painted from the reverse in soft beige DUCO, and once cured, the printed layer was delicately weeded out—leaving only the mantra and form in pure transparency. When LED strips were introduced at the base, light began to travel through the glass, gently illuminating the sacred profiles. The effect is subtle yet profound—a play of light symbolising the origin of the universe, emerging quietly from behind where the deity rests.
This luminous glass is framed within our signature arched veneer panel, lending the mandir architectural depth and graceful identity. The base is designed as a double-layered plinth, clad in River Beige imported Italian marble, adding a sense of grounded sanctity.
The accompanying console unit is crafted in ply and finished in sleek acrylic sheets, balancing devotion with functional elegance.
Premium tandem hardware, chosen over conventional channels, ensures smooth and enduring operation—silent, soft, and precise.
Mandirghar is not just a sacred space—it is a sanctum of light, material truth, and mindful craftsmanship, where faith finds form and stillness finds expression.
